This is an exciting time to be joining our Corporate & Finance group as we reorientate ourselves towards a future-focused approach to supporting ACC in the delivery of our 10-year strategy Huakina Te Rā.

Huakina Te Rā is underpinned by Te Tiriti o Waitangi / The Treaty of Waitangi and our commitment to partnering with Māori and achieving equitable wellbeing outcomes for Māori.

Salary

The indicative salary range for the Finance Operations Officer role is $58,335 - $75,500, and $63,696 - $82,430 for the Senior Finance Operations Officer role, depending on skills and experience.

ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.

About this Role

  • Manging accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, administering purchasing card programs, and overseeing reimbursements.
  • Daily bank reconciliations, maintain fixed asset records, and contribute to month-end and year-end reporting tasks.
  • Address system anomalies, support process improvements, and ensure compliance with tax regulations and policies.

About You

We're looking for individuals with a curious mindset and a solid understanding of accounting principles and finance operations.

You'll bring relevant experience from a similar role and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
