Administrative Support Specialist

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the Principal and School Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the school's Emergency Response Plan and oversee the Wellness Room
- Administer first aid to children and maintain up-to-date medical records
- Process student enrolments, withdrawals, and absences through HERO and ENROL databases
- Support teachers and staff with their daily activities and provide administrative assistance
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee library management, including new book preparation and inventory control
- Perform various administrative tasks as required, such as book club, uniform sales, and food sales
About You:
- You have high school diploma or equivalent
- You possess excellent computer literacy skills and experience with HERO, XERO, GOOGLE SUITE, VISITAB, AND EFTPOS SYSTEMS
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You have a high degree of initiative, problem-solving ability, and discretion
- You hold a current First Aide certificate (Preferred)
