About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Ashburton PC. As an Office Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work across both Rebel Sport and Briscoes brands, supporting daily operations and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily banking transactions
- Action faulty goods & returns with suppliers
- High-level checks of receipting accuracy
- Stock integrity tasks
- Producing and actioning accurate reports for audit compliance
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with relevant suppliers and internal customers
- Supporting on the shop floor as required
- Contributing to our strong health and safety culture by actively promoting 'safety first' in everything we do
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years' experience in accounts and administration, preferably within the retail environment
- An Accounting/Administration qualification at Level 4 (or equivalent) preferred but not essential
- Precision with numbers, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
- A good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to pick up new software quickly (SAP experience preferred)
- Experience with cash handling and proficiency in managing tasks efficiently under pressure and multitasking
- Capacity to work independently without a supervisor and exhibit strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building reliable and honest relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
