About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Wellness Partner. You will work in partnership with residents to support their personal care needs and encourage resident-led decision making in areas such as eating, resting, movement, communication, and activities.

You will also be required to observe, accurately document, and communicate health conditions. Participation in ongoing training is expected.
