Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Coordinator. As a trusted liaison between families, GPs, and other stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing high-level clinical leadership and support to clinical and care staff. Your role will involve mentoring others to develop and monitor care plans, carry out clinical assessments, and ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care is provided to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and support to clinical and care staff
- Mentor others to develop and monitor care plans
- Carry out clinical assessments and ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Act as a trusted liaison between families, GPs, and other stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated clinical experience as a Registered Nurse with a current APC
- Ability to lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff to service excellence
- Sound ability to delegate, provide direction, and support others
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise and successfully manage a changing workload
