About the Clinical Team Leader Role
The position of Clinical Team Leader is an exciting opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist to lead and provide professional development to a large team of physiotherapists and allied health assistants. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support to staff within the cluster, ensuring the day-to-day provision of high-quality clinical services in MSK services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and clinical leadership and support to staff within the cluster.
- Ensure the day-to-day provision of high-quality clinical services in MSK services.
- Work closely with the leadership team and wider multidisciplinary colleagues to identify and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a designated clinical case load in MSK OP.
- Support and foster the development of physiotherapy team members.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated clinical excellence and a keen interest in Older Persons Health.
- Previous experience in leading a team and/or project management.
- Sound working knowledge of local, national and international health systems.
- Experience in training and supervision of staff.
- A commitment to quality and service provision.
