About the Role

">

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in New Zealand. As a Senior Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the region, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive commercial success.

Your Key Responsibilities

">

- Develop pipeline through your network, cold outreach, and warm introductions/referrals
- Guide prospects through their buying journey from initial discussion to contract signature
- Master and confidently demonstrate the benefits of Leap's software to opportunities (3+ user target market only)
- Monitor and report on activities and KPIs using Salesforce
- Work with post-sales delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding for new clients
- Execute independent and joint activity plans to ensure commercial success in the region
- Attend conferences, roadshows, exhibitions, and events, networking with existing clients and prospective clients within the legal sector
