The Warehouse is committed to providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. As a Retail Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal by delivering exceptional customer service and support in-store.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Providing expert advice on products and services to customers.
  2. Processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers efficiently and effectively.
  3. Collaborating with the Loss Prevention team to maintain store safety and security.
  4. Assisting with supervising and supporting the Checkout area as needed to ensure seamless transactions.

You'll Need:

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
  • A positive attitude with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and undertake physical demands such as heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
