**Job Description**
You will play a key role in the Chemical, Materials and Energy team, responsible for reviewing technologies, prioritizing and commercializing A*STAR intellectual properties in the area of electrification, decarbonisation, and built environment. Your expertise will be crucial in managing, encouraging, and supporting the development and protection of intellectual property, as well as building business partnerships and technical collaboration opportunities to commercialize technologies from research labs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Reviewing and prioritizing technologies for commercialization
- Managing and protecting intellectual property
- Building business partnerships and technical collaboration opportunities
- Scoping and managing projects to develop initiatives in innovation and IP management
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong background in energy or electrification, particularly in areas involving fuel cells and grid management
- Qualifications in technical areas such as Electrical Engineering, Materials/Chemicals Engineering, with an MBA preferred
- Past experience in handling the commercialization of inventions from lab to product development
- Good understanding of intellectual property management
