About the Role
The successful candidate will provide executive and administrative support to District Court Judges, ensuring the efficient operation of the court. This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing secretarial services and coordination to support the Judges' work
- Liaising with the Ministry of Justice and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication
- Managing resources and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements
- A minimum accurate word processing speed of seventy words per minute
- Experience working in a complex and busy environment, providing support to senior managers
- Strong networking ability and ability to work autonomously
