Ecology Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven Ecologist to lead our Ecology team in Auckland, New Zealand. This leadership position offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop our ecological services offering.

  • Develop and implement the Ecology team's approach to the market and expand our ecological services through strong relationship management and business development;
  • Build and lead a high-calibre team of Environmental Scientists and manage ecology projects by co-ordinating team members and subcontractors, liaising with regulators, clients, and stakeholders, and controlling budgets and invoicing;
  • Collaborate with the wider Water Resources team across all PDP offices in New Zealand and influence the direction of the business;
  • Grow and develop our ecological services offering through innovative solutions and creative thinking;
  • Potential opportunities for growth and development within the company.
About the Team

The Ecology team at Pattle Delamore Partners Limited is dedicated to providing high-quality ecological services to our clients, including:

  • Ecological assessments and reporting;
  • Field investigation procedures and national legislation/regulations advice;
  • Statistical analysis and data interpretation;
  • Development of environmental management plans and policies;
  • Collaboration with other teams to deliver integrated solutions for our clients.
