Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Clinical Nursing Manager to join our team at Health New Zealand | Bay Of Plenty. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior nurse leader to make a positive difference in the lives of patients and their families.

 

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, preferably in an inpatient setting. They will be responsible for providing advanced professional leadership and management to the nursing workforce, contributing to implementing Toi Ora systems of care, and fostering a culture of collaboration, resilience, and excellence in care.

 

Requirements:

  1. Significant experience in mental health nursing, preferably in an inpatient setting.
  2. Outstanding communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with patients, whanau, and staff.
  3. Passionate about leveraging team strengths to foster collaboration, resilience, and excellence in care.
