Towing and Recovery Specialist - Nights
We are seeking an experienced Towing and Recovery Specialist to join our Wellington team. As a key member of our night shift crew, you will be responsible for responding to calls for assistance, safely recovering vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle recovery principles and possess excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and provide support during busy periods.
This is a permanent night shift position with two different shift patterns: week one consists of three 12.5-hour shifts, paid for 40 hours, while week two includes four 12.5-hour shifts, paid for 50 hours. Every second Saturday night is required. Additional hours are available when cover is required for other shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to calls for assistance and safely recovering vehicles
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve operational efficiency
