About the Role

PARKS Towing is a family-owned specialist towing operator with a strong presence in New Zealand, particularly in Wellington. As one of NZ's largest operators, we take pride in delivering exceptional vehicle recovery services.

This permanent night shift position offers a unique opportunity to join our experienced team at one of our three Wellington depots (Petone, Porirua, or Ngauranga). You will be working closely with police to recover stolen or impounded vehicles, as well as assisting those whose cars have broken down or require transportation.

We operate under a flexible roster system, which includes two distinct shift patterns:

  • Week 1: Three 12.5-hour shifts (paid for 40 hours)
  • Week 2: Four 12.5-hour shifts (paid for 50 hours)

You will also be required to work every second Saturday night and have opportunities for extra hours when cover is needed. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A can-do attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Experience driving on a Class 2 license, with higher class levels desirable
  • Excellent people skills and ability to integrate into our tight-knit team
