About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Te Ara Manapou Pregnancy and Parenting Support. As a Registered Practitioner, you will work with pregnant women and their whānau who have alcohol and drug issues and are poorly connected to health and social services.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist support to pregnant women and their whānau
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for clients
- Develop and implement strength-based plans to support clients in achieving their goals
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current New Zealand Registration and Annual Practising Certificate
- Community Mental Health and addiction experience (preferably 2 years+)
- An ability to work well as part of a team
