Job Overview

The University of Auckland is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Manager to join its Human Resources Directorate. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic leadership, engagement, culture, and transformation support interventions. This includes designing and delivering high-impact culture initiatives, transformation methodologies, and leadership programmes that generate sustained behavioural change.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in organisational development, with experience of delivering high-impact culture interventions, transformation methodologies, and designing and facilitating leadership programmes. You will also need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, as well as the ability to apply change management and OD/Learning methodologies.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues, and to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritising multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $139,000 per annum and flexible working arrangements. Our team is committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment, and we welcome applications from candidates who share our values.
