This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in retail leadership, working closely with the Assistant Head Coach and leadership team. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the leadership team in developing and implementing operational strategies
  2. Providing coaching and guidance to Sales Associates (Athletes) to improve their performance and customer service skills
  3. Collaborating with the Store Manager to review P & L reports and drive business growth
  4. Maintaining accurate payroll information and monitoring wage spend against forecasts
  5. Working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement sales plans and promotions

To excel in this role, you will require:

  1. A strong passion for the Nike brand and sports industry
  2. Advanced leadership and coaching skills, with expertise in developing and implementing operational strategies
  3. Substantial experience in retail and/or hospitality, with a proven track record in leadership roles
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
  5. Outstanding organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results
  6. Proficiency in MS Office products, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies

The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
