Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Bicycle Mechanic to join our team of experts in the workshop. As a Bicycle Mechanic, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing bikes of all kinds, from road bikes to mountain bikes and children's bikes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and Service: Handle booking, quoting, and completing bicycle repairs while ensuring customers understand the work required/done.
• Manage Stock: Oversee workshop inventory, including ordering and managing parts for jobs.
• Customer Support: Collaborate with store staff to address bicycle service queries and deliver top-notch customer service.
• Sales and Satisfaction: Sell workshop parts and ensure every customer leaves with a smile, knowing their bike is in great shape.

About You

• Experience: Previous work as a Bicycle Mechanic, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to Learn: A desire to upskill and grow with Evo Cycles.
• Communication Skills: The ability to engage effectively with both customers and team members.
• Industry Qualifications: Certifications like Sram, Shimano, Bosch, Giant, or Trek are a bonus.
