You'll translate these needs into clear backlog items and functional specifications, collaborating with delivery teams to prioritize and validate requirements. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will shine as you document business processes and system flows in a concise, user-friendly manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and refine business requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear backlog items and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to prioritize and validate requirements
  • Document business processes and system flows in a concise, user-friendly manner

Skill and Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology or software development environments
  • Proven ability to create backlog items, acceptance criteria, and process flows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data for decision-making
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to bridge technical and business perspectives
