Our team operates at a higher staffing ratio, utilizing specialized groups and treatment models to assist individuals in re-integrating into the community and maximizing their natural supports.
Key Responsibilities
- The Clinical Site Manager will complete all screenings and enrollments of individuals served, ensuring timely completion of comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate risk issues.
- They will provide clinical consultation to the program, staff, and individuals served on an ongoing basis, participating in the development and implementation of Treatment Plans and Treatment Plan reviews.
- The Clinical Site Manager will develop and facilitate clinical and support groups based on the needs and preferences of individuals served.
Requirements
- A Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts or on Pathway to LMHC is required, along with experience working with adults with mental health challenges and a valid driver's license.
- An acceptable driving record is necessary, as well as excellent supervision, professional development, and training opportunities.
