We operate over 400 Playcentres throughout the country, providing a vibrant and supportive community for our members and tamariki.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic session facilitator to join our team at Tamahere Playcentre. As a facilitator, you will work alongside our members and tamariki to guide session activities, facilitate learning using child-led play and positive guidance, support planning and assessment for learning, and positively support the Playcentre education programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Playcentre Course 3 qualification or higher or an Early Childhood qualification of Level 4 or higher. You will also need to hold a current First Aid Certificate or be willing to achieve this. Desirable skills and experience include knowledge and understanding of Te Whariki and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, a passion for Playcentre and our philosophy, strong interpersonal and communication skills with tamariki and adults, and the ability to use technology.
