Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging their expertise in recruitment to design and implement effective strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Leading a team of recruitment specialists to ensure seamless end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Building strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector organizations, and community groups, to promote our initiatives and attract volunteer candidates.
