Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team on a 12-month parental leave cover contract. This role offers flexibility for candidates seeking part-time work (minimum 3 days a week) or shorter hours across 5 days, as well as full-time options with the ability to work from home. You will manage recruitment for roles across New Zealand, assist with Australian based roles and contribute to the rollout and training of a new system during this transformative period.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute our strategy to attract top talent for our growing teams.* Engage with active and passive candidates using social media platforms and other channels.* Support our Apprenticeship recruitment campaigns and projects.* Communicate consistently with Hiring Managers on recruitment practices and strategies.* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and maintain our applicant tracking system.* Work independently in New Zealand while being part of a larger team in Australia, assisting with Australian roles on an ad hoc basis.
