About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Early Discharge and Rehabilitation Service (EDARS) team. EDARS focuses on providing comprehensive and coordinated home-based rehabilitation services for individuals in the Waitematā community.

The ideal candidate will possess strong teaching, communication, leadership, and coaching skills to support staff in developing their clinical reasoning and autonomy. Experience in service development and quality improvement projects is also highly valued.

About the Team/Service/Location

This part-time role is based at the North Shore Community Allied Health offices in Takapuna. The successful candidate will work as part of an established inter-disciplinary team providing best practice rehabilitation through a patient-centered approach to adults of all ages.

Required Skills and Qualifications
