About the Role

This technical support and engineering role involves working closely with Automation specialists and OSS Engineers on tools development, process automation scripting, and providing advanced technical support to the Nokia Container Solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L2 support 8 x 5 to local customer for 4 (2xNPE and 2XProd) clusters.
  • Offer on-call advance technical support for complex fault management for NCS.
  • Manage problems related to NCS.
  • Contribute to the development of new tools and frameworks.
  • Support local physical and logical infrastructure.
