Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Auckland-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects and initiatives across various sectors, including commercial developments, retail, education, healthcare, and residential.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to our achievement of Turner & Townsend's global vision
  • Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in the projects and programmes we deliver
  • Manage and coordinate project activities from initiation to close-out

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Project and Programme Management, Contract Management (NZS3910), Programming/Scheduling, Risk Management, Procurement, Cost Management, Reporting, Stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with construction industry technical matters, such as procurement routes, value management, and value engineering
  • Degree qualified (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant field, such as Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management, or relatable trade experience
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in project management, preferably with client-side/consulting experience
