About the Role:
Kings Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our thriving team. In this role, you will oversee commercial projects from initiation to completion while fostering strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 3 years of local, hands-on experience in project management or HVAC commissioning. They should possess a relevant trade qualification or degree, ideally in Mechanical Plumbing or Project Management.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Regularly visiting project sites to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
  • Providing technical guidance to site staff and stakeholders.
  • Proactively managing project scope changes, addressing potential issues early, and developing contingency plans.
  • Maintaining budgets and timelines by reviewing the financial status of projects consistently.
  • Ensuring HVAC equipment is commissioned to industry best practice standards.
  • Preparing and issuing Health & Safety documentation.
  • Initiating warranty and maintenance programs.
  • Collaborating with builders, suppliers, and clients to maintain smooth project delivery.

About You:
We are looking for someone who possesses extensive knowledge of HVAC Refrigeration systems and installations. A proven track record of leading and engaging teams effectively is also required. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential.
