We are the Mental Health and Addictions Service arm of Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, Waikato. Our team provides specialist services for individuals experiencing serious mental health difficulties. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others while working in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Directors and other team members
- Manage learning and development processes
- Assist with multiple reporting requirements and meet deadlines
- Co-ordinate tasks efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration
- Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare environment
- High degree of organisational ability and logical thinking
- Computing/information management skills (essential)
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively, use initiative, and be organised and methodical
