Senior Mental Health Nurse Leader

The Associate Charge Nurse Manager (ACNM) is a key senior role within our HRBC after-hours coordination team, responsible for providing leadership and support after hours. This role works in close collaboration with the Charge Nurse Manager of the mental health bureau to manage bureau staff activities and provide leadership after hours across all Mental Health & Addiction Services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage emergency response situations in conjunction with the campus duty manager.
- Facilitate and coordinate the safe and efficient flow of patients into and out of the inpatient service after hours.
- Facilitate and coordinate staff resources to meet the demands of the service.
We are seeking an experienced mental health nurse to join our team and lead our after-hours coordination efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and experience in a leadership role.
