Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an Agile Operations Manager, you will require:

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master/Delivery Lead/Agile Project Manager leveraging agile delivery practices, within a Product/Digital/Tech/Software company.

Certification or Qualifications:

  • A tertiary-level degree in Management or similar qualification is preferred.
  • Certified Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master.

Technology and Systems:

  • A high level of exposure to Product Managers, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Software Engineers, Software Testers, UX Designers, and DevOps Engineers.
  • Broad experience across digital systems and technology platforms (Jira, Monday/MS Projects etc).

Learning Agility:

  • A willingness to learn, adapt to try new things, or take on a different perspective.
  • Resiliency, as change comes with the territory in a scale-up tech environment.
  • The ability to think outside the box and focus on solutions.
