We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Governance and Delivery Specialist to lead our Technology Portfolio and Execution function, responsible for managing capacity & demand, executing strategic technology initiatives, and providing governance across our Technology teams.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our Technology Leadership Team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing capacity, demand, and resource allocation across teams
  2. Overseeing portfolio execution, tracking progress and risks of strategic technology initiatives
  3. Establishing governance and reporting on KPIs, program health, and technology impact
  4. Championing scrum methodologies and improving overall ways of working
  5. Engaging with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment
Requirements

Key Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience in technology portfolio management and resource allocation
  2. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum frameworks
  3. Strong understanding of tech governance and ability to implement effective structures
  4. Excellent analytical skills for interpreting KPIs and identifying trends
  5. Superior communication abilities for engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders
  6. Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Excel
  7. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to drive organizational change
  8. Proven track record in fostering collaboration across teams and departments
