The Opportunity

We are seeking a Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join our expanding Financial Services team in Auckland. You will work on high-profile financial matters for both local and international clients. A background in financial services, investment funds, securities law, or KiwiSaver is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling regulatory engagements, licensing, managed funds, financial advisory services, capital markets work, and compliance with key legislation, including AML, the Financial Markets Conduct Act, the Insurance Act, and the Companies Act.
