We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Support Workers in Rotorua. As a Support Worker, you will be part of a team that provides a safe environment where people can develop confidence and new skills, build friendships with peers, and interact with others in the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Support people with various aspects of daily life
- Help individuals do the things they want to do, such as going swimming, personal cares, support with meals, household management tasks, and teaching life skills
The role is busy and diverse, and requires a flexible approach to working shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support. You may also have the opportunity to earn additional sleepover payments in some rosters.
