You will manage job postings, coordinate interview schedules, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, preparing offers and employment contracts, ensuring accurate input and maintenance of candidate and employee data in HR systems and applicant tracking systems, generating reports to track recruitment progress and key talent metrics, and collaborating with IT, Finance, and our P&C team to ensure smooth operations and employee experiences.

A bachelor's degree in HR is desirable but not essential. We're seeking someone with a strong interest in talent management and people operations, eager to grow their career in HR. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, tech-savvy, and proactive with a solution-oriented approach are all essential qualities for this role.
