About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work collaboratively to meet the goals of our service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting change management processes, drafting communications, and providing expert advice on complaints, investigations, disciplinary actions, and mediation. You will be comfortable working with ambiguity and have experience with resolution processes.

You will have the opportunity to develop an understanding of our district's business, including roles, responsibilities, and HR requirements. Your drive and expertise will ensure that all managers are supported with sound human resource management principles and practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or Business Studies, or equivalent practical experience. Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential. Additionally, you must possess customer relationship skills and at least 10 years of HR Generalist experience, including 2 years in a Senior HR position.
