Our approach is built on the principles of Tamatatia and Tiakanga, aiming to restore and preserve the safety and wellbeing of tamariki and whanau who experience multiple forms of adversity.
We achieve this through the development and implementation of therapeutic education plans, which prioritize healthy attachment, child led learning, and respect for Te Ao Maori.
**Your Role**
As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering these plans, working closely with children and their families to develop and implement effective strategies for promoting positive relationships and improving outcomes.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all individuals involved, providing intentional acts of teaching, and utilizing restorative practices to promote positive relationships.
