Resident Life Enrichment Associate

We have been a dynamic, award-winning leader in the senior living industry for the past 25 years. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to our residents while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Wellness Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Promoting and monitoring resident attendance and participation in all Wellness programs
- Teaching and facilitating programs as appropriate
- Implementing a variety of group and individual Wellness programs
- Collaborating with volunteers and community groups to implement various programs
- Assisting in setting up Wellness and community events
- Assisting with scheduling transportation as required
- Driving vehicles as necessary
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To bring a smile to work every day
- To be a great team player
- High school graduate
- One to two years of experience in wellness programs (preferably with seniors)
- Experience leading exercise classes and assisting with exercise equipment preferred
Special Requirements/Certifications include:
- Valid driver's license and proof of good driving record
- Commercial driver's license or ability to obtain one within reasonable time of employment (as required)
- First Aid Certification
