We're seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our Guest Services and Reservations team at our Snow Centre in town. As the first point of contact for guests, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their experience is seamless and satisfying.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, leadership skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you

About the Role

  • Assist the Head of Department in the efficient and friendly operation of the department
  • Organise and roster staff as required to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Finding ways to support your team's wellbeing throughout the season
  • Training and ongoing coaching of front line staff to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Liaising with different departments to provide excellent customer service
  • Processing sales and responding to enquiries, such as bookings, rescheduling or product information, face-to-face or via phone and email for all mountains
  • Supporting guests who have purchased online through our websites and agent portals to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience
  • Operation of the Point of Sale till system and balancing takings at the end of each day
  • Handling lost property and auditing duties
  • Dealing with guest queries and complaints referred to you by your team
  • Ensuring information is being communicated across all locations
