At Molnlycke Health Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the Territory Managers in the Gloves Business Area. Your clinical expertise and knowledge of the medical industry will be instrumental in establishing strong customer relationships and expanding market share for gloves in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver product-related programs to various audiences to position MHC products as outstanding solutions.
  • Ccoordinate clinical activities with designated Region Manager and Territory Sales Managers to achieve sales goals and improve patient outcomes.
  • Identify key decision makers for the Gloves Market in New Zealand and develop them as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for the Gloves business.
  • Represent MHC at industry tradeshows and local surgical conferences.

Requirements

  • A relevant degree in Nursing or a related clinical specialty.
  • Experience working in the OR environment.
  • Previous experience working for a medical product manufacturer as a clinical resource to sales would be well regarded.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Training and field support experience.
