The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients;
  • Working closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Maintaining high levels of product knowledge to advise customers on their needs;
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner;

We offer a competitive salary of $25 an hour, including holiday pay, and a guaranteed 40-45 hours per week. Weekend work is required but we understand the importance of work-life balance.
