**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Roads Crew Member. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient access to vehicles up the Access Road and assisting guests in need of assistance in the carparks, chain bays, and drop-off zone.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all guests
  • Efficiently applying snow chains for members of the public
  • Responding to weather and road conditions
  • Identifying and reporting hazards to HOD, TLs, and Grit Truck Drivers
  • Maintaining equipment and uniform allocated to them
  • Clear, concise, and timely two-way radio communications

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A proven commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • A positive personality and ability to keep an upbeat attitude in challenging weather conditions
  • Physical fitness, outgoing personality, and high energy levels
  • Excellent personal presentation and punctuality
  • An understanding that employment is subject to the vagaries of the weather and hours of work cannot be guaranteed
