About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis Practice. As a Business Analyst, you will address barriers for Māori and shape design and commissioning to deliver quality experiences and outcomes for clients and whānau.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate business process analysis and design sessions.
  • Conduct detailed requirements analysis and develop business cases using analysis methods.
  • Support system design, architectural issues, data integrity, and migration.
  • Maintain UAT documentation, including process and scenario libraries.
  • Build relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Manage customer relationships, expectations, and service delivery.
  • Suggest process improvements and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

This role requires someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with business process analysis and design, and proficiency in requirements analysis methodologies.

  • Previous business analysis experience.

  • Experience with tools like Microsoft Visio and Jira is necessary.

  • Collaborating with your team and cross-teams to support the work, proactive in suggesting process improvements and managing change.
