Unlocking Business Value
We're seeking a talented Software Solutions Strategist to join our Auckland team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the New Zealand market.
Your Key Responsibilities- Account Planning: Assess accounts, develop strategies, and implement plans to maximise Databricks' impact.
- Use Case Identification: Identify and expand use cases in each account to increase Databricks' value proposition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise the impact on your ecosystem.
- Negotiation and Closing: Guide negotiations to close points and build value with all engagements.
- Customer Adoption: Foster growth in usage for your customers and identify key use cases to increase Databricks' presence.
- Territory Planning: Develop a comprehensive territory strategy for New Zealand.
Your Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in selling complex software deals to New Zealand customers.
- Familiarity with the New Zealand market, including local organisations, their priorities, buying processes, buying cycles, and decision-making processes.
- Background in selling usage-based SaaS solutions.
- Evidence of creating demand, business need, and compelling reasons for large-scale account expansion.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes, such as account planning, MEDDPICC, value selling, and accurate forecasting.
- Experience in engaging with and selling to C-Level customers.
- Ability to hunt in greenfield spaces and farm deeper into existing accounts.
- Capacity to build champions and collaborative teams to support the implementation of the expansion plan.
- Understanding of developing a clear partner strategy and managing it to success.
