Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and operations strategies to ensure the smooth operation of our premises.
  • Supervise and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and develop solutions to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Estate/Building/Facilities Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in building, facilities management, preferably in an educational institution environment.
  • Successful candidate must be qualified with FSM, Bizsafe, and OSHA certification.
  • Familiar with BCA/SCDF/WSF/OSHA/NEA/PUB regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
