Requirements
- Comprehensive expertise in quantity surveying, project management, cost planning, and financial oversight, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value projects, with a strong emphasis on contract administration, financial control, and risk mitigation to maximise project efficiency and profitability.
- Proven leadership in guiding teams, negotiating contracts, managing stakeholder relationships, and fostering collaboration among clients, contractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives.
- Extensive experience across commercial, residential, and government projects, bringing a deep understanding of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and sector-specific challenges.
- Highly proficient in Procore and other industry-leading software, leveraging digital tools to streamline project workflows, enhance reporting accuracy, and improve overall project management efficiency.
- Strategic and solutions-driven professional with a proactive, results-focused approach, adept at identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions to drive project success.
- A strong understanding of health and safety.
