Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional front-of-house support and administrative assistance. This role will involve providing top-notch service to customers, visitors, and staff, ensuring office spaces are clean and welcoming, and managing mail, supplies, and office resources efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Confident and familiar with Microsoft 365 suite and learning other applications.
  • Able to drive and possess a full NZ driving licence.
  • Strong service focus and ability to quickly establish rapport with others.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and confident with a desire to learn new skills.
  • Familiarity with Te Ao Maori, including Te Reo Maori and tikanga (training and support provided if necessary).
