Role Overview

This role is part of a high-performing and collaborative team that focuses on ensuring doctors are fit to practise. As a case manager, you will be responsible for handling conduct and competence notifications relating to doctors referred to the council.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied workload covering conduct and competence notifications
  • Identify improvements for the team
  • Handle sensitive subject matter with maturity

Requirements

  • Well-developed business writing and communication skills
  • Previous case management experience
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills
