Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our Land Development team in Auckland. In this role, you'll lead the delivery of complex civil engineering projects and contribute to our vision of being the #1 urban development partner in Aotearoa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership to the team across various projects from concept design to construction completion.
  • Maintain existing client relationships and drive business development initiatives, including leveraging your network and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Support professional development within the team through mentorship and guidance, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Work alongside the Land Development Manager to implement the region's strategic business plan, including growth strategy, marketing strategies, and budget targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and be a recognised urban development leader.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • CPeng qualified.
    • 10+ years consulting experience with a background in delivering complex land development projects.
    • Strong client relationship management and project management skills.
    • Proficiency with 12D or Civil 3D.
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to articulate a clear vision through planning and execution.
