Part time Cafe Supervisor needed in Flourish Cafe, Takapuna.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Cafe Supervisor. This is an exciting part-time position in a unique cafe environment.

Love your evenings and weekends? This part-time position is 27.5 hours per week, usually to be worked between 6.30am - 12.30pm, Monday to Friday.

You'll need to be a great barista; be able to plan, cost, and create delicious food for our cabinet and catering orders; manage and order stock; supervise a small team; and complete accurate food safety records to comply with council requirements.

Flourish Cafe is owned/run by Project Employ, a local charity that provides training and work experience to neurodiverse young adults, so you'll need to be organised, calm, willing to work alongside our Job Coaches and trainees, and have an excellent command of the English language. You must also be motivated to share your hospitality skills with others to help them thrive.
