They collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve asset management goals and support equipment installation, commissioning, and de-commissioning.
The team develops frameworks and guidelines to enhance processes, conducts system assurance, monitors grid compliance, manages breaches, and facilitates asset capability changes. They establish quality systems, assess incidents, risks, and non-conformances, and manage investigations and corrective actions.
